  • Metal Building Sales - We represent a major pre-manufactured metal building manufacturer and can have a price for you in a few days.

  • Real estate site location - Most sites are not technically listed for sale, but may be purchase if pursued. We search both listed and (more commonly) non-publically-listed properties.   • Financial Analysis - Using globally recognized CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) financial tools, we will guide you through the financial analysis to insure the project is feasible.

  • Scheduling/Estimating/Bidding/Contract Management - Includes scheduling, construction estimating throughout the project, and constant bidding and adjustments to assure budgets are met. Management of contracts with designers, vendors, contractors, change order, drawings, AIA construction draws, and closeout.

  • City Planning Coordination including zoning, platting, preliminary and final planning approvals, planning commission/city council meetings, benefit districts/incentives, permitting, and coordination with all designers from preliminary design through construction documentation.

  • Provide pre-leasing services
